Google Android is a platform intended primarily for mobile phones which can also be used in tablets or netbooks. It is the leading competitor of the iPhone and telephones with Windows Mobile. The Google Android platform is continuing with its successful run and, thanks to the increasingly varied offer of various devices, from value to premium levels, it has reached the number one spot in the USA. On our market the Android platform is used by HTC, Samsung and Sony Ericsson.
Apple iPhone 4
The fourth generation of the iPhone is a best-seller. The greatest pride of the new iPhone is its IPS-type touch display, with an unmatched resolution of 960 × 640 pixels. In addition to all four GSM bands, it also supports four bands of third-generation networks. Compared to the previous model, the 3GS, it has double the amount of RAM memory, 512 MB. The design of the phone meets the strictest requirements, and the look of the device is elegant and luxurious. iPhones do not support memory cards, and are provided with a built-in capacity of 16 GB and 32 GB.
